The Kamani Team advises the client/organizer the availability of space in the auditorium and within the premises where advertisement/promotional material can be placed.

The Team also advises and helps client/organizer to obtain necessary performance licenses from statuary bodies.

The reception counter at the entrance foyer is provided for the client/organizer to manage programs/receive guests and also act as box office.

The Kamani team which also includes security services helps the client/organizers to control public entry into the auditorium through the main gate.

The auditorium also has a cafeteria which is fully equipped to provide refreshments. It serves refreshments to the performing artists and other people identified by the client/organizer. The cafeteria also makes arrangements for Lunch/Tea/Dinner and snacks as per menu decided by the client/organizer. The cafe is operational through the day and during programs as well. All the above café services are available on payment basis.

Kamani’s fully trained team of technicians adjust the light and sound system as per the requirement of the client/organizer or the light or sound designer.

Kamani Auditorium boasts of latest technology light and sound equipment which would match any international standards.

A team of stage hands and cleaners are available at any given time to help with stage set ups and other related activities.

Kamani Auditorium is fully air-conditioned during summers and fully heated during winters.

The ladies and gents dressing rooms are also air conditioned to provide comfort to the performing artiste/s.

Kamani auditorium also has a cafeteria which is fully equipped.

Kamani is equipped to attend to any pre-requisites put forward by the client/organizer at any given point.
