TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF KAMANI AUDITORIUM
1.
The Auditorium will be available for use between 0900-1300hrs for morning and between 1400-2200hrs for evening sessions. Extra usage is permissible with written prior consent of the management on payment of additional charges.

Booking will be accepted up to a maximum of 12 months in advance. All forms must be submitted along with a synopsis of the program. No verbal bookings will be entertained. Notwithstanding confirmation of the booking, the management reserves the right to refuse/cancel the booking of the auditorium at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever.

3.
Contract Form must be filled up along with 75 percent advance payable by DEMAND DRAFT against schedule of charges and refundable security Rs. 10000/= for first day and Rs. 6000/= for subsequent Weekdays1; Rs. 5000/= for subsequent weekends2. Charges prevailing on the date of the show will be applicable. Charges are subject to change at the discretion of the management.

4.
100% payment for use of the Auditorium must be received before 60 days from the date of the show, failing which the booking will stand cancelled and advance will stand forfeited.

5.
Postponement/preponement will be treated as Cancellation. The party will have no lien on the cancelled dates. No verbal cancellation will be entertained.

6.
The Auditorium has a maximum capacity of 632 (Stalls 491 and Balcony 141). No extra seating will be allowed. The hirer will strictly ensure that not more than 632 spectators enter the Auditorium.

7.
THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HIRER:

i. Manning of the gates and ushering of guests to their seats. Ensuring strict discipline in the hall. Full responsibility for liaison with police for maintenance of law & order, traffic control, etc.
ii. Payment of municipal or other taxes, if any.
iii. Ensuring that all stage properties and props are fire proof.

8.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS AND ACTIVITIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

i. Smoking, liquor consumption, eatables, firearms, weapons, briefcases, transistors, hand bags, tiffin boxes, cameras/binoculars, food packets, bottles, etc.
ii. Open fire and fire crackers on stage.
iii. Handling/shifting of Auditorium property.
iv. Fixing of nails, tacks, tapes, posters, etc., on any of the walls and stage area.
v. Display of more than 4 banners (6ft.x3ft. each); two on the ledge above the main entrance and two in the foyer.
vi. Sale of any items or products.
vii. Parking of vehicles of the hirer inside the premises without prior consent of the MANAGEMENT.

9.
THE FOLLOWING WILL BE PERMITTED ONLY WITH PRIOR PERMISSSION OF MANAGEMENT:

i. External sound system or speakers.
ii. Additional lighting
iii. External caterers.

10.
Fifteen seats (Row ‘A’ 20-21 and Row ‘F’ 8 – 20) of the auditorium are reserved exclusively for the MANAGEMENT and the booking party will have no right to use them as utilizable part of the hall either by way of sale or by issue of complimentary invitation.

11.
The management will not be liable for any loss in case the hirer is unable to use the auditorium due to failure of electricity, riot, strike, earthquake, an act of war or for any other reason beyond the control of the management of the auditorium.

12.
The hirer will indemnify the auditorium management against any claims or liabilities of whatsoever nature.

13.
Final charges will be levied at actuals as prevailing on show dates and as per actual utilization of facilities. Any damage to the Auditorium property will be added at the time of final billing.

14.
THE HIRER WILL ENSURE STRICT COMPLIANCE OF THE ABOVE TERMS. THE MANAGEMENT WILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO STOP/SUSPEND THE SHOW IN CASE OF VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
