The Kamani Auditorium is a unit of Bharatiya Kala Kendra Trust which is
an independent private Trust involved in the promotion of performing/applied
arts.
The Board of Trustees determines general policies. Any interpretation
of these policies is the responsibility of the Managing Trustee for the
purpose of administrative and technical affairs.
Reservation Inquiry Procedure:
Dates may become unavailable quickly. To ensure availability, a hold must
be placed on specified dates. All requests for the use of Auditorium shall
be made in writing to the Auditorium Management. The renter must provide
the Auditorium Office the details of programme or topics. All requests
are subject to review & final approval by the Auditorium authorized
signatory. Courtesy hold on any approved date is effective only for 10
working days.
Ticket Sales:
Kamani Auditorium does not provide direct box office service for sale
of tickets. Kamani Auditorium only provides a desk/window to the renter
for box office purposes. Kamani Auditorium does not take any responsibility
for any unforeseen events taking place at the box office. Box office will
be the sole responsibility of the renter of the Auditorium and the renter
will ensure all security for box office purposes.
